Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bricks N' Games! We ship all of our orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) within the United States of America from the state of Missouri. At this time, we do not ship outside of the US, but we are working on expanding our range.

 

Packaging Materials
In an effort to be cost-effective and environmentally-conscious, we will reuse shipping materials as much as possible. That means you may receive your item in a previously-used shipping container or bag with various packing material inside. However, we make every effort to ensure that your item is shipped safely and in a manner that is easily recognizable.
Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed and shipped within one week of receiving payment. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We do everything to ship your order as fast as possible. However, once we ship your order we have no control over the delivery process. Nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Bricks N' Games is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days after the delivery date to request a refund. The delivery date is the day reported from the tracking number we provide.

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at bricksngamesstore@gmail.com and put Return Request in the subject of your email. We'll work with you to determine if we can accept and approve your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving a return label will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Damages and Problems
When you receive your order please inspect it immediately and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the situation and correct it to the best of our ability.

Exchanges

The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once we accept your return and approve your refund, make a separate purchase for the new item.
