Descriptions and Photographs

We take care to accurately describe and photograph the products we list for sale. As a rule, we do not use stock images but we may reuse product images we create. That means you may not receive the exact same item as the one in the picture. Also, we cannot guarantee the settings on your monitors or mobile devices as the colors and images may vary from screen to screen. Product Condition

We have several different product conditions that we list for sale and they will vary in price.

Lego Sets

• Lego New Sealed means that all bags are sealed in box, sometimes the box seals have been worn off or opened to ensure that all bags are sealed, these are still considered New Sealed.

• Lego New Not-Sealed means that about half of the original bags are sealed, the ones that have been opened will be inventoried to insure the set is complete! These sets will come in original box.

• Lego Certified Used With Box means that the set has been opened and inventoried to ensure completeness. The pieces will be bagged in one or more plastic zip bags. Individual figures may be bagged and shipped dissembled. The set will be 100% complete with the original box! If there is any significant damage to the box, we will attempt to document and photograph it.

• Lego Certified Used Without Box is means that the set has been opened and inventoried to ensure completeness. The pieces will be bagged in one or more plastic zip bags. Individual figures may be bagged and shipped dissembled. The set will be 100% complete except it will be missing the original box or packaging. There may or may not be instruction booklets but we will describe what's included as it pertains to the item.

Non-Lego Products

• Non-Lego New Sealed: Product is in the original sealed packaging in the same way you would find it in a big box store. For clothing, the product will be in a sealed package. For electronic items such as video games or movies, it will still have the plastic shrink wrap. For larger electronic items such as video game consoles, the seals will be intact.

• Non-Lego New Not-Sealed: Product is complete and in the original packaging but the plastic wrap or the original seals may be broken or removed. For clothing, the product will be unworn, unwashed and with original tags if applicable. For electronic items, we test them to make sure they work as intended.

• Non-Lego Certified Used: Product is previously used. It is as described in the product description. It may or may not be complete and it may or may not be in the original packaging. The product shows some wear from previous use. For electronic items, we test them to ensure they work as intended. For used video games, any codes included in the case are not guaranteed to work. For clothing, the product may have been worn before and may be washed before selling.
